ES-140 - Quench & Anneal Process
Not currently in use
ES-150 - Spheroidize Anneal Process
Used to spheroidize anneal swage sockets
This process should yield a hardness at or below 70 HRb and a minimum of 50% spheroidization
ES-160 - Controlled Anneal Process
Not in use anymore - Used to anneal Flemish Eye Sleeves before sub-zero cycle
This process should yield a hardness at or below 65 HRb and a minimum of 40-50% spheroidization
ES-170 - Controlled Quench & Anneal Process
Not in use anymore - Used to quench & anneal Flemish Eye Sleeves before sub-zero cycle
This process should yield a minimum Charpy value of 85 ft-lbs, and a minimum of 40-50% spheroidization with hardness values per the following table:

ES-180 - Sub-Zero Quench & Sub-Critical Spheroidize Anneal
Used for Flemish Eye Sleeves, OCS Sleeves, large buttons, & Twist-On Buttons
This process should yield a hardness between 60-75 HRb (75 HRb Max) and a minimum of 50% spheroidization
ES-190 - Sub-Critical Spheroidize Anneal ("Sub-Zero" Process)
Used to anneal after work hardening or after machining - Used on Flemish Eye Sleeves, OCS Sleeves, & large buttons over 5/8" wall thickness or 1" wire rope size
This process should yield a minimum of 50% spheroidization with hardness values per the following table:

Stress relief after work hardening or after machining, over 1" section thickness - Used on large buttons
Should yield a hardness at or below 85 HRb
ES-500 - Bright Annealing of Stainless Steel
Used for AISI 304-316 Stainless Steel - Should yield a hardness at or below 90 HRb
Hardening "HC" Cycles
HC-1300 - Quench & Temper for 8620 Steel
Should yield a hardness in the range of 25-35 HRc
Swager Die Hardening "SDCH" Cycles
SDCH-200 - Controlled Heat Treat Procedure to Harden S7 Tool Steel
Intended for hardening die material with 2"-5.999" sectional thickness
Hardware Heat Treat "MN" Cycles
MN-100 - Heat Treatment of AISI 1043-1045 to ASTM A194 Grade 2H Properties
Used for A194 hex nuts - carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel - intended for high pressure or high temperature service
